Disable ctc on splashscreen

Can somebody remind me how I disable skipping the main splashscreen?
Actual skipping is disabled, but clicking still skips it.

Hard pauses will prevent clickthroughs, but should be used very sparingly because they make players angry. An extremely brief hard pause to make sure someone hasn't double-clicked by accident, fine. Making people sit through thirty seconds of unskippable logo splashscreens, though, people are just going to delete your game.

Thank you guys so much. This was really annoying me because the splashscreen is there for a reason, and it shouldn't be skippable. I also had some other things that shouldn't be skippable too.

Question: does the hard pause block the code from moving? Because I still need the splashscreen to work during the pause.

No, the splashscreen will still move on during hard pauses if thats what you mean.
