I'm lost.
laugh if you must, but how the heck do I make this VN final? I clicked the distribute button (for windows) and now what? I don't get it...It's supposed to be an executable or am I missing something else in the manual?

A new zip file containing a compressed version of your game should be created in your game folder. All you have to do now is upload that to the Internet somewhere and we'll be able to download it.

I do it, and I'm not getting a zip file.......

Copy your game folder to somewhere else and try re-downloading Ren'Py and building in new version.
