Can change primary language to alternate language?

For example, primary is English, and alternate language(ex: Korean) translated scripts are in game folder/tl/korean
In this situation, is there a Ren'Py feature that allows me to swap or overwrite the primary to alternate?
In the worst case, is it possible at least to extract the script from the translation file into a txt or tab file?
