Hello,
I am trying to hide both the text window after a scene switch so that a player can view the image before clicking to the next line of text. The closest thing I have got to work is below. However, it only seems to work when I have a "hide X" or "with flash" as the previous line. When it follows "with fade" or "with dissolve" it hides the text, but not the text box.
scene a1f107
with fade
$ renpy.pause()
g "I already told you what happened."
c "Can you please stop being goblins or dwarves or whatevers?"
Is there some rule that you can only use it with certain transitions?
Thanks!
Please help me hide text/speech windows (and text)

You can add a "window hide" before the pause and after, use "window auto"
