Hello!
I have come across a little graphical problem when using outlines on my dialogue text and using a low CPS at the same time.
As you can see, just below the text, the top of the outlines of the next row are appearing before the text displays. Not a problem if I turn the outlines off, but I want to have outlines.
I tried increasing the space between the lines in case they were somehow bleeding into each other, but the issue still occurred even with giant gaps between each line. So I'm pretty stumped now; how can I prevent this from happening?

I had the same problem and I found no other solution than to increase/decrease the font size.
Edit Line 69 in gui.rpy
## The size of normal dialogue text.
define gui.text_size = xx
Maybe it will help you too?
Why on earth did I put the bread in the fridge?

Interesting, it doesn't seem to help me, no matter how small I make it.

it might be the font as well if it is then we can't help you but to tell you to try to use a different font
but also try to change the border that you have around the text as well as the text size

I tried out a few different fonts with varying degrees of success, but DejaVu Sans and its variants was the only font that came out with no issues. I'm happy enough with DejaVu Sans Condensed for now, but maybe I'll try out a few more at some point and post an update if I find some more usable fonts to choose from. Thanks for help!
