Judging by the wording in the first post, is this a game you downloaded. I assume you are not the developer?
You might want to contact the developer and let them know of this error and they can fix it, this isn't something the player can fix.
Has the game been updated since you first downloaded it? It might be caused by an error when loading the save file due to not correctly using default/define to set variables.
