Screen not showing variables

I have this screen:

    vbox:
        text "{size=+10} {b}Turn:{/b} [turno] {b}Mode:{/b} [textoAMostrar]{/size}"

Is showing when I call it like this

Code: Select all

show screen turnoContador

But the values dont show, only the variable name ej: [textoAMostrar]
Any idea whats going on here?

I've got this behavior when one of this variables are undefined.
