Extra's Menu Template?

Does anybody on here know where I can find a template for an extra's menu and how to i put it into the menu?
I'm sorry if I'm being a nuisance by asking two questions in separate threads in one day. i just didn't think it would happen

Any help would be nice :)

That for something i want to PUT into the extra's menu. The main reason i made this thread is so that i can actually create a sperate menu in which i can put that into it along with a couple alongside it
