Uhh... I'm a noob at coding. ^^;

So can anybody please tell me in basic words how to use imagemaps?
Like on how to place customized buttons on the main menu?
I kinda wanted a customized menu for my KN (because I was pretty okay with the basic one, only that it keeps on covering the logo), but then, I don't know how to do it XD

I know that I need those buttons, the basic ones and those hover thingies, but then, I really don't know how to do it >_>
Please help a noob here XD
