Well by all means if you have other offerings please don't mind me, I just thought I'd throw in my two cents, but I guess there's no harm in sharing what I've got so far;

The first thought that popped into my head was the desire to make something "real" I love when anime and manga get all over the top and all but sometimes it's just absurd even by these standards (especialy shounen series...) so I wanted to see how well something would be if it was more down to Earth.

Perfect Heart (TBD) is an usual mix of a fighting shoujo story, even though the tournament is the main focus of the story, it's really story oriented and is about the thoughts (I feel) a fighter goes through daily. The story brings together six girls of different backgrounds who also happen to be specialist of different forms of martial arts, each girl is enter the tournament for different reason, some are forced while others wish to test themselves. Regardless none of these girls can afford to lose, in order to achieve victory they must have the resolve to trample the hopes of others and the strength to endlessly go on, even if their body should turn to ash.

A high school student who excels at physics and combines her quick calculations with her karate skills.
A former heiress who walks the path of taekwondo in order to restore glory to her name.
A tragic youth who was taught muay thai and the principle that only power matters in the world.
A foreigner from overseas who is a boxing champion that seeks greater recognition.
A policewoman who hides the fact she enjoys hurting others with her mastery of various taijutsu.
A gang leader who has dreams of establishing her self taught style as a legitimate martial art.

Only one can come out on top, and what awaits those who face defeat, and just why was the Perfect Heart tournament orchestrated?

As far as fanservice is concerned, this is a more serious oriented story, so it's a bit more violent, but there won't be clothes flying off and up skirts a plenty. Although it leads to more "boring" designs the characters will all be dressed in clothes practical to actual fights. Hmm, I hope this kind of answers the matter of fanservice...

Also I really wanted a shoujo art style like yours for this story because I think it'll help show the line between "beauty and beast" and will properly portray the characters as normal girls who are also very dangerous.

:3 Hey... I'm going to need an artist but what I'm planning to do is once I finish my 'Dummies' uses I'm going to ask if I could have a pack (a huge pack mind you) of characters and expressions.

So... I won't ask you for anything until I tenchically finished my project... ^^;; Or at least have a use for one Sprite for each character until I finished the story won't ask you for anything.
