What of Julie from Return of the Living Dead 3? Though, I guess "realistically", one would not expect a corpse to stay fresh and self-aware long enough for a serious relationship...papillon wrote:Well, no zombies. I don't find zombies very sexy.

Wow, so I wasn't just being a jerk by tongue-in-cheekily offering that title. ^_^papillon wrote:Just to show how MY crazy mind works, I took "Somber Rusty Devil Weeds" and thought "Hmm... Rust... Rust is good, it's full of decay and red blood colors and stuff..." {...}
"Solitary Rust" feels like it could have fit as a track title on the second half of my 1996 double album Chemical/Nectar Thieves. Track titles: Elemental Architect | Synthetic Labyrinth | Infinite Placidity | Acrid Delusion | Tectonic Deformation | Treacherous Submission | Tectonic Garden | Synthetic Nectar | Obscure Cement | Perpetual Thieves.
Now none of those really sound to me like good titles for an occult game, since the words I used don't all fit well with that theme. But I generated them all by making a list of adjectives and a list of nouns and randomly picking one from each list (or occasionally two from the same list).
The downside of this method, of course, is that you'll have to look through dozens or hundreds of results to find an exceptionally good hit, and by the time you finally get to it, you may be too overwhelmed to recognize it.
If using a program or dice to pick words from lists strikes you as mind-numbing, or if you don't want to form your own lists, there's the fun method of opening a book and taking the first interesting word you see. I have here before me Shakespeare's The Tempest and a copy of the New Pronouncing Dictionary of Plant Names (1939). Let's see what I can come up with.
Climbing Torment
Sprawling Devil
Malignant Flame
Dwarf Fear
Lusty Wafer
Puppy-Headed Subdivision
False Rift
Stone Oath
Rash Composite
Moonseed Anon
Margin Deceiver
Scurvy Wracked
Striking Howl
Winter's Walls
Misery Brittle
Climbing Sorrow
Midnight Sage
Night Shroud
Double Thunderstroke
Tawny Heath
If you're not inspired now... ^_^
