Galaxy Angel fan translation continues

#16 Post by gekiganwing »

The Windows version of Galaxy Angel Moonlit Lovers now has a complete English patch. It's version 1.0, so if there are bugs or mistakes, they will probably be corrected in future patches.

Finished the game, and my impression is wtf...?

I cleared the game with Mint in about three hours. That's wayy too short. Man, considering that the game needs six freaking CDs, you'd think it'd last longer than that...

The battles were exciting, but overall, had no real challenge. The final battle wasn't the same epic struggle as in the first game, which made it kinda anti-climatic... Overall, it's just too short and the cliff hanger ending was disappointing. On another note, whoever balanced the game should be shot. Sharpshooter sounds awesome in theory, but in practice, it's too weak to be of any use. Granted though, there are still five more arcs available, so theoretically, there's still about 10 more hours of game play available... But alas, moeblobs in space is too awesome a thing for it to end in less than three hours. Great characters, great premise, and exciting space action... but it ends before you know it.

Gah, now I feel tempted to just install Eternal Lovers and finish the series once and for all...

So is the game actually really large, file size wise, or did the company just really want to put all the characters' pictures on their own CD? :p

Finished Chitose's arc. Awww man, it's an even bigger cliff hanger ending. :( Grr... Now I definitely need to install Eternal Lovers. I hope it doesn't disappoint after all the set up in Moonlight Lovers.

I feel kinda sorry for all the poor fans who paid $150 for the collectors edition on the midnight release... Imagine their surprise after the game ended in three hours. Ufufu... =w=

I'm playing the original Galaxy Angel game now and am SO hooked! I absolutely love it! But what I'm posting for is because... I have the first two games now, and was told there is a third...

Does anyone know if there is going to be a translation of the third game? D: I sure hope so... ;o;

Anyways, sorry for the double post, I'm just SO in love with Galaxy Angel now. xD haha
