hmm i really didn't know where to put yuichi @___@ so i put him there midair like the other guy is.
like should i sneak him more behind them or something?

i can't see the leaning to the left right now but i do have issues how the chair looks still. maybe after I sleep i'll see it XD

I think it just gives the impression of leaning left since both the girl and the guy to her immediate right are leaning that way, whereas only one character is leaning to the right. It can throw off your perspective.

XD i'm not very willing to change mei's head position at this point. I did move yuichi to the side though, so he doesn't look like he's floating so much. I'll post how it looks so far again later today.

Here's it so far with yuichi moved to the center more, mei shaded and all the colors for the boys outfits choosen.

I might work on it more later tonight after night school but for now thats it =D.

what do you think now? (in my opinion i'm starting to hate the logo).

For the logo, I think it kind of a boxy feel. That's why you think it looks weird. Maybe you want to make it wider than it's taller (stretch it out)

if you're attached to the whole heart and the ribbon thing, perhaps just use smaller heart at the corner of the writing & incorporate the ribbon in a different way.

I'll sketch out some idea later when I actually get the time to later and attach it here if I do.

As for Yuichi location, it's definitely a lot better & he's not floating in mid-air. I think adjusting his location also helped with the whole leaning illusion I was seeing before as well.

@snowflower: hmm its not the shape of it, like if I change the size with it I think I'll still not like it XD. It's just the overall logo I don't like anymore.
do you mean like make the logo more text than images? thanks so much if you end up having time to sketch something (you're being such a big help =))
I'm really glad I changed the positioning of Yuichi too, It makes me like the picture alot more XD.

@julie: ouu thanks, I tried to the fact hiro likes teasing mei come through his pose (hope that worked out XD). Hmm... you're right actually D: and I didn't want him to look that way. I may change how he looks around so his face is covered but don't look so scary

sorry for the bad quality & black and white-ness.
I wasn't sure of the color... & my scanner is currently dead so I can't scan.

Anyway, I'm not much of an artist so it may not look professional as some people's work.

The dark line going through the entire thing, looping in places, etc is a "string" or ribbon. It goes with your current look with the ribbon around the heart... which the heart is now some sort of a bead (?) that's starting and ending the logo.

Oh and the ribbon makes up the lines in "t" & the dot in "i" as well... and the last "s" in strings & the "f" in of is also connected as well.

Hopefully this was some help and I apologize for not being so artsy.

New logo art is done as well as the picture I've been working on the past few days. Lets me know what you think, Should this be the new menu background? and also is this logo better than the other one?

! thanks yuuki. I tried incorporating snowflower's idea then i decided to add wings to sorta match the text box you made.

LOL its it the shadow on his eyes making him seem that way?
