Hmm...I don't know, how about Sergeant Keroro...though they don't turn into weapons rather they cary lethal weapons.... though I don't like that anime, I ABSOLUTELY AND POSITIVELY AM SCARED OF FROGS >_<

I'm very sure it's not Keroro Gunsou (Keroro is one of my favorite, btw). My favorite scene is the one when Gavan shows up and transform for the first time ^_^

Really? Imagine though, a world where frogs are the pets...isn't that unacceptable???

That sentence really made me crack up. I don't know why. It might be the somewhat formal tone yet quirky and awkward structure. It might be the three question marks. It might be the very Japanese feel of the clause "isn't that unacceptable?" which tugs at the borders of a double negative. Or maybe it's just the girlish distaste of amphibians. In any case, I love it. I'm still reeling here. <3<3<3<3<3
