How do you make your games? I see. Thank you for the prompt replies, but it is my considered opinion that you're doing it wrong inefficiently because I am a perfushenal professional. Do it my way this way and we can all ascend VN Nirvana together while allowing me to stroke my ego you will improve much faster. Also, please don't forget to thank me for this constructive critique or I will cry and bore you to death respond appropriately with a tl;dr rant discourse of epic adequately lengthy proportions. - Sarcasm Veiled in Euphemism: Secrets of Forum Civility by lordcloudx (Coming soon to an online ebook near you.)

The link is fine. The download is hosted on CNET download.com. I've personally scanned the file with Avast! and it's virus-free. Download.com confirms that it's also spyware-free. If you feel paranoid about downloading because of the button, have a dropbox link. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2055303/SYTYWTMAVN-all.zip

Oh, well, you are right, but CNET download.com tried to upload some Adwares to my comp (that was detected by my avp).

Ah, I just tried the download myself. It's downloading a 443 kilobyte executable file. I think it might be a technical problem with cnet. I'll replace the link with the dropbox one temporarily.

Download.com seems to have turned evil. While you can still download the file, you have to log in first, and then click a tiny link in the lower-left corner of the download box. Otherwise, you download their downloader program, and who knows what manner of devilry that is packaged with it.

CNET does that o_O That's really too bad since I kinda liked them... Yahoo starts a new service called Yahoo Apps. Perhaps we could use that kind of service now rather than CNET (since it's very similar to CNET)?

It was really funny and true.
"If you try to defend your work, you will be accussed of refusing constructive critique. And will be lectured 10 pages back and forth on a single forum thread by people who will tell you about how your game is a perfect example of how not to make a visual novel. Furthermore, these people will be able to back up their 'critique' because they are professional programmers, artists, musicians, translators and writers even though they have not produced a single complete VN themselves, but this isn’t the worst-case scenario."
That's just what happened in one of my games.

Anyway, lordcloudx's visual novels maybe small but always has a deeper meaning inside the story.

@Wright1000: Thanks, but I'd like to make a small correction. My visual novels aren't always small. They may vary in length from 2k to 37k in terms of word count. Although I do admit that I have a personal preference for short, effective stories rather than 500k epics.

Just a little update that this game is now hosted on Zdnet asia which still has direct links and not download.com's silly little downloader app http://www.zdnetasia.com/downloads/sytywtmavn-40179315/
