Yes but that's impossible :| It's like if you somehow completed the quest twice! Do you have the savegame file? what version are you using?

I never completed any quest twice.
Are you saying that you want me to send you the "save file"?

I can't find the save file.
Where does the game get saved?

It's in Renpy folder in Appdata, but looking better at your traceback, I see it says "Ren'Py Version: Ren'Py 6.12.0e", so it's a quite old version (even before version 1.2). If you redownload the latest version of the game from my site and restart (savegames so old probably aren't compatible, though you can try), it should work.

But if I download the latest version, will the save file work on do I have to start the game from the beginning?

You can try loading the save and see: if is not compatible should crash immediately, or give you weird behavior like wrong items in inventory, an so on.

I just uploaded a new version 1.4. No big changes, but if you played the demo and was too hard, you should try again.
Changes:
- a new Super Easy mode, which adds 100Hp to the starting amount for each team member!! I really think that with this change everyone should be able to win the battles without problems
- a "try again the battle" option when you get the game over, so you can retry the last battle if you died! something I should have done already long time ago!
- a better tutorial, split in shorter sentences. I think it reads better now

ok, i didn't played too much the game and i'm still on the version 1.0. Should i update to the 1.4 version ? or stay with the current version ? What is the equivalent of the easy mode from the version 1.0 on your latest build ?
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

My first VN project : The Season's Dance (the title might change). More info soon.

lol version 1.0 is ANCIENT!! you should definitely get newer version (1.4b), since the 1.0 it has some bugs that later in the game can prevent you from reaching some romance endings (you probably need to restart from the beginning).
The easy mode is unchanged but I have added an even easier "Super Easy" mode - if you play the game mostly for the story and never want to lose a battle you can try that (honestly I think is too easy, but...)

Just finished the demo - found the cursor a little laggy, but the game was good enough for me to ignore it. The art's lovely, and the plot intrigues me so far. Would totally buy the full game now, but I'm saving up for some books...Guess I'll have to wait a bit.
