In guys? Glasses, modest musculature I guess. Grown men, not boys. Or at least boys that LOOK like grown men. My girlfriend was recently ranting about how anime guys all look too girlish, and after I showed her a few samples, the only guy she liked was Fuminori from "Saya no Uta"... v.v after I told her the story, she took that back.

What are the personality traits that attract you? (mean, kind, teasing, flirty, etc.)
Tsunderes (kinda like the "mean" listed there) piss me off, male or female. Energetic types (genki) are alright as long as they aren't tsundere like Haruhi fucking Suzumiya, but they generally annoy me also. I could get into a guy that flirts with you and then turns and flirts with every other female character in the game... but that's probably only because I'm that way! Otherwise, the quiet, strong guy that obviously doesn't need to interact with you (and would rather go back into his own world) yet is still friendly and sociable is a good one.

That really just depends. I'd try to narrow it down for you, but I'd be all around the board with it. It just depends on my impressions of the character. There isn't really one single type I'm attracted too most. However, I can say that I usually hate the supportive, goody-goody but clumsy, childhood-friend type when I'm playing bxg games-- you know, the girl that they stick the main character with automatically if they don't give the player the option. They're usually healers in fantasy rpg games. Argh. I just don't like that type. (Of course, if it was a guy, I'd probably be okay with it. Talk about a double standard). Aaaaand you didn't ask that question, but there you go. Hah. Sorry.

I love tall guys. Muscles are nice too, but not a requirement. What I really like is when the personality and the appearance clash. Kanji from Persona 4 is a perfect example for this. He looks like your typical brawny punk. Tall, muscled, bleached hair, a scar on his temple and a piercing. But he's actually a sexually confused, awkward sweetheart, who can't even look at the girl he likes without blushing beet red AND he has a knack for cooking and sewing. But he still beat up an entire biker gang just because they made a racket and his mother couldn't sleep. Oh Kanji, how I love you so~ <3

I have two kinds of guys I like:

1. Kind and gentle, but will protect the ones he loves with all he's got. (And I don't mean the typical male main character, who rushes into things despite being dumb and weak. Those guys who think they always need to do the 'right' thing, even when they're only in the way PISS ME OFF. Seriously, I just wanna punch them in the gut. The main character from Fate/Stay Night for example. I couldn't play the game because he made me want to scratch my own eyes out.)

TSUNDERE~! I like the delinquent types who act like they're hard and banchou-like in front of their underlings (lawl) and they're always mean to you in a teasing way, but then when you're alone they're all shy and embarassed = CUTEEEE~!
Sometimes the players kind of hit off with me - not the fact that they're flirting with every other girl in the universe, but the fact that if they fall in love with you you get this submissive kind of feeling and then they understand and go all boohoo and huffy when you get annoyed with the fact they're subconsciously flirting xD

I am fine with most things, actually, so I'd rather tell you what I don't like. If it's muscles, I'd like then either strongly hinted but not beefed out...though sixpacks are nice, I have to admit. And...no facial hair (unless it's stubbles, those I accept xD) or moles (even if I can still like the character, it's just my personal preference).

I like tsunderes (those who are in denial and act rude, only to act really, really cute in certain moments), I also like those who are a bit flirty and teasing, but only if the player character hesrself is a bit of the opposite and needs soemeone to loosen her up. Occassionally I like yanderes that aren't too strong yandere.
Deadpan Snarkers, I love them. I wouldn't mind having that character trait for the female MC that one plays in such games...
...and somehow I have a soft spot for those guys who seem like hopeless cases (or enemies, whatever the setting is) and you can seriously help them get better/change sides/views.

glasses: Sure, as long as it's not paired with slick hair ( I once opened an issue of Dengeki girls style and I must've counted at least 10 characters you have glasses on slick hair :/).
