PyScripter as a alternative to jEdit

#1 Post by MarkSA »

For those who want to try another editor to jEdit, I have managed to get PyScripter to function.

It is quite a capable editor with some great configuration setups for other python programs within inside the program.

I have gotten Renpy to load PyScripter and to save files. Also PyScripter to load Renpy. You may have to set up Renpy in PyScripter.

Please note I haven't done any editing or writing any code at this stage. Please let me know how you get on. I am in process of trying one or two editors out.

Enjoy :)
