This is where all the old Lemma Soft-specific posts are (i.e. Tales of Lemma 1, Shoujo Attack!, and some Hanafuda Club). They are here for old times sake ^^

Just create a new text file (.txt). Actually, any file should work as long as it's totally empty (0 bytes). Then you need to name it properly. I don't remember what the text was anymore though

... Blue's hint is rather good though.

Actually, Blue Lemma practically gave the answer already.
If you're really desperate, highlight the text below:
Create a text file called "fanservice.txt" in the same directory as the Hanafuda Club Demo. Now you have a different intro image. Whee!
Just one more try...

Just a thought, but - do you normally see the .xyz extensions to filenames? Try just calling the text document 'fanservice' instead of 'fanservice.txt'; if you have Windows set to hide file extensions, then you might actually be getting a file called 'fanservice.txt.txt'...
If you see a 'HCDemo.exe' in the game directory, then this isn't your problem; if you just see 'HCDemo' then it quite possibly is...
