Crediting BASS

First off, I'm not sure where to put this, so I put it in the 'General Discussion' forum.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's about BASS
So I was looking at projects and stuff, and most people credit bass something like:

Sprites/Bg : BASS/Bass/BASSnovel

Not exactly, but you get the idea.

Shouldn't it be the artist that's credited? like username#1, username#2, etc.
Because if I am going to use their resouces, I don't know how to credit them.

AFAIK BASSnovel resources are only free for use within BASSnovel.

Yeah Im pretty sure BASS resources are for BASS projects only.
but like, even then if you use them anyways, the sprites all have the artists name so you can credit

The Backgrounds don't have the artists names...buuuuut a lot of the Backgrounds at Bass are just from other sites like maospace and tasogare-tei JS
