I have a new favourite toy for doing interiors:Sweet home 3D
http://www.sweethome3d.com/
I found it easier to use than Google SketchUp for moving furniture around.
And it is Open-Source!

Bah! Webroot Secure told me there was a virus in Opencandy... Now who's the liar, Webroot or sourceforge? Please don't make me reboot :/
Note: Can't check the .exe on a site that I use to check for viruses since the file's too big to upload. Take note that Webroot marked one of the files to an RPG Maker game as a virus, even though it was completely harmless. I need to find myself a better anti-virus thing >_>

Oh! SweetHome3d!
I used it for about three months now, and I love it!
The rendering is really easy, and that's what I like best
I also like the floorplan, it makes things much more organized. <-- Not an organized person ^.^"

Hmm. I actually tried to use this a long while ago and it wouldn't work for me :0 (After installing it I couldn't get any sound from my laptop).
