Character creation help

Not sure if this goes in WIP or not but the hell.

So I've been working on many characters for my game and stumbled across an issue. What do you fo if suddenly you feel that a character needs to change sex all of a sudden.

You've already got basic sketches and the like down...

Current character I'm working on is the engineer for "The Echo" going from a Man to a Women, Is it cheating or... I'm not sure what to do.
Not TF, simply He is now a She.

I wouldn't see a problem if it is your story. The only time this might become problematic is if this is the second part in a series where a character was male and suddenly in part 2 the character would inexplicably be female. Otherwise two thumbs up, go for it. :D
