The distribution will have a version for Linux, Windows and Mac.
In addition to that I would like to have a version for Android but that will likely require more work.

Well I actually do like your designs as well as the art. Aunyrae and Llend's outfits being form fitted to their breasts are about my only complaint. I could handle it on one character but two's a bit much.

I can see how your game might be dismissed are nukige from the designs but what you describe sounds like something with interesting characters with depth. I'm actually very interested to see how you handle the hermaphrodite gender aspects. I'm genderqueer myself and am very curious to see this subject dealt with as full aspect of the character's personality.

How is much control and freedom is the player going to have? Is this an RPG or dating sim type game with "play" aspects? Will the story choices of the player significantly affect the ending and story-line or is it mostly little details?

Right now, because of time, I'm focusing mostly on the story. about 80% of my focus has been on making the story feel right.

However, the game is serious yet sexual. There is going to be erotica and adult themes, but I always wanted a story that protrayed it as "what if it was real" I can understand it would drive some people off. But there are a lot of people in the futa fandom or in other trans groups who really get what I want to do with it. My hope is that people who arn't necessarily into futa can really enjoy it because it's not intending to be preachy, or push any social message, I'd really just like to make a nice story that blends the subject matter.

Because it's erotic, there are certain erotic themes with the character's personalities and how they act, and it won't be a fuckfest after the story is over. However with both Llend and Aunyrae, I deliberately chose the way they look/dress as a way to emphasize their character. I can understand that most people see it and think "fanservice" it's part that, but it's fanservice for a reason. When you learn about Aunyrae, you won't be able to imagine her any other way. :D

Just wondering, are there other routes planned, or only the loli?

Because I need to actually release the game, I had to rework the story about a half-year back, and made it generally focused on Seri and Merci with a strong supporting cast. I'm hoping that people will like what I've written, but in the future I have plans for a much larger game that has routes.

So here are the details about the testing process. It's now February 1st, and I will begin the test on February 7th. This test is mainly to gauge the reception to the story. It's important to set the pace for the story properly, and get the right balance of world building.

Tomorrow is the DH private alpha, and I'm taking last minute volunteers willing to hop in and do some testing on the game in it's early stages for construction.

Currently some assets are missing, things that will be in the game by the 14th, such as the finished UI, editing, BGs etc. However the entirety of the script has been written, and I would like help gauging the overall 'feel' of the story, opinions of characters, and opinions of story flow.

If you're interested just email me at Taosym@gmail.com and tweet this if you'd like, pointing to @Taosym on Twitter.

This is the unedited build of my beta test for Dizzy Hearts. In addition to being unfully edited. A number of CGs and BGs and other assets are missing from the game including:

Sprite expressions.

Extra Sprite outfits.

BG backgrounds, such as the streets of Lungarde and a few others (some black screens are only temporary).

The beta is out, but I'll be releasing the demo on Feb 15th, which includes all the expressions (for all the characters present so far), and the edited script.

I hope you'll check it out!

Re: Dizzy Hearts [GxG][M content] DEMO

I made a blog post, and posted a link to the release of the DH Demo. Last beta got nearly 700 downloads and this impliments a lot of the criticisms I received over the beta test.

That said, thanks for supporting the game so far if you've read my posts. I've been on full afterburner the last few weeks, and it will feel good to have a break from drawing now.
After a lot of hard work with editing, drawing, scripting. I'm putting out the demo for Dizzy Hearts.

The last beta test 1.03 was downloaded nearly 700 times. Since then I've added missing/incomplete BGs, updated the menu screen, added the edited script, added the new expressions/pose changes, fixed some of music looping problems and more. This is as close to a clear representation of my plans for Dizzy Hearts going into the full version.

Review:

I took my time to play the Dizzy Hearts demo and was left dazzled by what was presented to me.

Visuals:
One of the strongest points of Dizzy Hearts are the lovely digitally painted backgrounds. I kid you not these are professional quality HD backgrounds and i can tell the artist put a lot of work into them. I'm already familiar with the sprites, there is variety amongst the characters and the style blends in well with the scenery. My only issue is *this is my opinion* is that the sprites may be a bit too small compared to its Hd resolution. Also i had problems keeping track of the facial changes since the text was displayed so low, that's just me anyway.

Sound:
The quality of the soundtrack presented is excellent, thumbs up to whoever composed this stuff, You'll see what i mean. The tunes aren't distracting, and i enjoyed the song in the mansion, it didn't fit with every part but it was catchy. The only thing lacking here are sound effects, i was expecting some plates sounds while they ate their dinner.

Story:
What can i say without spoiling too much, this is an interesting story so far. The introductions to the region of sunlight Peca was well detailed, so was the one for its moonlight counterpart. I find myself thinking that this is a light hearted comedy, once you get a peek at the dialogue between characters you'll understand what i mean.

Overall:
If this is just a sample of what Dizzy Hearts has to offer, i can't wait to try my hands on more. I recommend this demo to users here on lemma, don't let this one pass you by.

I've kept this under my hat, but the last few months, I've been asked a lot to work on a Kickstarter for this project. I'm kind of blown away by the response, i'll be posting more once the KS is active. Right now it's in the final refining and critique.
