[Solved] Ren'Py 6.15.4 Lint Problem

#1 Post by Veniae »

Hi guys!

I recently updated my Ren'Py and I'm using 6.15.4 with Editra 0.6.99. My problem is that whenever I run a Lint, it displays the same word count. It's not a big issue, but it still bothers me. Has anyone experienced the same problem and is there an update I've missed or something?

Thanks in advance.

PS: I'm not to sure this is the right place to post this. :D Sorry if it's not!

Are you sure your script isn't glitching?
The last time my LINT was broken, it turned out that a part of my script wasn't written right (e.g. missing punctuation).
So I'd see if there isn't anything wrong with the script first.

No, I checked. There isn't anything wrong with the script programming-wise, and the Lint's working just fine save for the fact it doesn't update the word count...

Can you delete project/tmp/lint.txt, and retry?

Ooooh, I knew I was missing something obvious. I'm a moron.

Thanks a lot, PyTom, that solved it!
