Programmer looking to join a VN group

Hello,

Do you know VN groups that are taking in programmers? I don't have any experience with VN engines but I know some programming languages: C,C++,Haskell(my preferred),Python, and Javascript. I would love to work on something small(less than 1 year to full release) at first. I will offer my services for free(BSD 2-Clause/GPLv3) but this will be part time(whenever I have free time).

What does "small" mean? I need a programmer eventually (not at the moment). I don't think the actual programming aspect is too complicated, since it's just a visual novel that follows choices, but there's a lot of text.

By small I mean a total development of less than a year to a full release.

I dunno if you've responded to the last person who asked your service, but I'll be asking anyway

I need some help in the UI design, I can provide you the graphics and you just need to put it togheter.
While the development of the game will take more than a year (or maybe not, who knows), your part would only take some months or even less -the time we take to finish the UI-

So I would like to hear your answer, even if you're already taken.
We'll be programming in Ren'Py so it's obviously Python (?)

I hope this is still available. If not, I understand.
I'm working on a project that will require some mini-games (in Python naturally) that I will not be able to program myself.
I will provide all the art assets and overall design work. I would just need help with the actual programming.
The overall game may take more than a year, but I doubt your work will.
