I've gotten a few traceback error messages that basically say the same thing: that there is some memory leak and/or some amount of "renders" were alive at shutdown.
I do not know what any of that means. If it helps, this last message said that 14 renders were alive at shutdown.
This error does not seem to affect any of my games (so far), but I don't want to risk anything happening. Also, the error only happens very occasionally and I don't get the traceback texts things often at all. If anyone is willing to help me, that would be great, but I understand there are much bigger problems out there X)
oops, am I supposed to post this in the other category? Sorry, I will try to figure out how to move it over there...
Memory leaks and renders alive at shutdown?

Can you repeat it reliably? If so, please let me know how to do so.
If not, don't worry. This check is only enabled if config.developer is true, so when you set config.developer = False for release, the error will go away.

If it happens again, I'll copy it down. Sorry :/
Also, that's good to know (I do set it to false...). Thank you!

I had the same error just now, though I haven't found a way to reproduce it yet.
I attached the full traceback in case this helps.

@Chrizine: that's exactly what mine looked like. I hope it hasn't affected any of your work, though, because it's been fine for me ^.^"
