I finally had some free time since school's about to end so I decided to try out some new colouring styles and I managed to try out some different lighting as well :3 Pretty much satisfied with them but my skills are clearly unpolished :'D Any feedback or critiques would be great!

@Nero279- Your art is lovely! Your coloring is pretty but i think you might over blend the colors and shadows a bit on the skirt and vest. maybe darker shadows would show better contrast for your art.

I love the coloring of it! It is very pretty. The foreshortening of the hand looks a bit off though; it is somewhat flat. Perhaps shadow in the areas between the fingers to give more depth.
I also agree with Roiya with darker shadows. Give it a sense of depth and layer. Looks great overall! Good job! :"D

I don't really know what to draw lately, cause I wanna go backto drawing manga-style a bit, but I'm terrible and don't know what I should draw that won't look horrible, so I asked my friend to think of how she would look as a manga character, and decided to draw how she saw herself, and how I (more or less) see myself as a manga-character XD She's the pink-haired one (though I actually also kinda wanted pink hair, but I'm kinda tied betwee pink and platinum blonde, so I just chose blonde since she wanted pink hair XD First try in a while on a chibi-ish drawing, so nothing special, just exploring the manga style a bit '''

MomoiroGirl : considering what you usually do, it looks quite sloppy, especially the pink haired woman's hand Not saying it´s bad, the shoes are well made for example.

Yeah, there is a kind of Aura, felt like something was missing and added it on the spur of the moment.

I spend days on it and for some reason I couldn't get it right, so I just did the best I could and left it. I was hoping to move on commission work, but it looks like I still need to clean up my act before I do anything like that.

Especially when it comes to manga, since I haven't tried out complete manga-style for a while, so I don't really know how to colour when I have to deal with lineart D: I tried to re-color it tho, and change a bit on the pink-haired's hand (tho I'm not sure how good it turned out, but hopefully better than before XDD)

@MomoiroGirl the edit brought massive improvements, I really love how the cloth folds for the girl in pink shirt. And the pink hair, so smooth I wanna touch it! OwO

She isn't on for a while, and I'm still rather proud of myself here.
