The game won't launch

i downloaded a game yesterday, "rising angles: Reborn", and when i tried to open it, it gave me the error message, that the python27.dll file is not on your computer, but it was, it was just in the wrong folder, so i moved it to the folder where the game is, usually the game starts working normally, but this time, the game didn't launch, i clicked on it, and clicked on it, and maybe clicked on it a thousand more times, it just won't open, i tried re-installing the game but it did not work, it does not display any error messages it just doesn't open.

My recommendation would be to scan your computer for registry errors. You can use CCleaner for that(because I use it, and because it's awesome). But if it isn't the .dll's fault, plus the fact that you've sure-placed it in the correct folder,
I blame the game.

Oh, and you could re download whatever dlls you lack, may it be the effect of a corruption in the file.
