Those are the words I hear as I get rejected for the twenty eighth time this year…

Bobka Smith is an otome game heroine. Or, at least, she was supposed to be. A week before production went underway, and she was booted from the cast for being “too stereotypical.” She was sent to School, an extremely generic high school filled with students like her. Bobka, however, is determined to carry out her destiny and have her perfect otome ending, no matter what the cost.

Nobody at School seems interested, however, and after years of stalking romantic pursuits, she’s been shot down by practically every member of the student body. There have got to still be options left though, right? Help Bobka quell the passionate burning in her heart before she graduates from School, and on the way realize that people don’t tend to fit perfectly into the molds that they’re given.

2. Well, I'd say Roy (bad boy + red hair type) is the most interesting to me, but since you said that the description can be misleading, so I don't count on the bad boy image so much. All in all, I'm looking forward to see how the story goes and how each characters will break out of their given stereotype. XD
I don't have any questions yet, there's only one thing I'm wondering, how old is the Bobka? (she's the only one you didn't mention on the blog profiles)... Oh and...why is the default name "Bobka"? Sounds weird and cute at the same time LOL.

@Mimi_Melody - Bobka is 17/18, a senior in high school, which is why she's so desperate to bag a guy before she graduates. I was trying to think of a really generic name for the main character and the first thing I thought of was Bob. Adding -ka at the end was just a stupid way to make it a girl's name lol (It sounded better than Bobina, at least)

I usually go for the typical bad boy types so Roy Hunter, but Nathaniel looks really cute, especially with his beanie :3

Leonel Foster. I love eccentric weirdos in just about everything I watch. I think that's because I'm an eccentric weirdo. I also like Nathaniel second best because he seems hilarious.

1. I'll probably end up playing this---it seems like it'll be fun, and it has the potential to play with a lot of otome tropes.

2. Leonel appears to be the most interesting character (the fact that he's more than an archetype helps).

(Just so you know, I play every english otome pc game I could lay my hands on. ouo But aside from the fact that I'll be naturally compelled to play it, the art's definitely nice and I can't help but look forward to the result based on the stuff you've laid out in this thread so far.)

I'm really glad there are people who'll be there to play this when it comes out.

I'm actually a little shocked at all the interest in Case. That's the Power of the Glasses for you, I guess haha

@Hazel-Bun Yeah, I was considering things like Jane Doe or Mary Sue, which probably would have made more sense.. but Bobka stuck somehow, probably because of how ridiculous it is.

@Mimi_Melody It's an implied middle finger haha. Thought it was suitable because of his Bad Boy-ness
