To those of you who are planning to check into a hotel anytime soon: Please, please, PLEASE, out of courtesy to your other hotel guests, DO NOT slam the door open and closed and run down the halls at 5-6 in the morning. That little morning conversation you have to have with someone outside of their room can WAIT till you get to the downstairs restaurant! And should you check in in the morning, at least TRY to be quiet.
Reader Beware!

I've quiet effectively terrified myself.
Whatever you do, for the love of god, don't watch 'When the Wind Blows' and 'Thread' in the same bloody day.
I can say goodbye to decent sleep for a while.

I know, sometimes you need to focus on the positive things.

Yup. Being in the topic of dead people, I have that one friend, who says always one sentence, when she sees I'm sad or something:

"Don't worry, we all gonna die anyway"

I think we need to bump the "Shout For Joy, Share Your Happiness" topic.

I just saw that they had the first four Harry Potter movies in a bargain bin, and since I started the series with Order of the Pheonix, I decided to get all four. I started with the first one and got about ten minutes in before I almost had to throw up.

This story was on Doctor Phil just a few days earlier. They explained in graphic detail how he was abused, and how his mom couldn't even recognize him after seeing him again for the first time.

EDIT: Here is the episode summary

My hands are still shaking as I write this. I don't know if I'll ever be able to see the movies I missed without seeing the mother's face describing what happened.

My dad keeps drinking everyday and argues with my mum. I don't want to hear him anymore. Everyday, the same old and hurtful words. It's too much. I'm just so sensitive right now and I don't want to hear it...

You must be strong. It will pass, one day, or at least you'll be able to move on. You have to be strong.

Thank you. :) I really hope so. I am so stressed right now I can't even sleep. I'm glad that he leaves for a week with work tomorrow. Finally some peace and quiet...
