Hey! I want to hire someone to create the logo for 'When the Rain Falls' for me.

Price range from $25 - $35
I prefer if it's higher priced if I'm honest (usually means better quality/artists tend to under price which is a bad thing), but if it's lower priced, I won't just skimp over it.
Game is a romance/comedy game, and logo needs to be able to illustrate that.
Also, this is for a commercial game in case that affects your prices.
