I know the feeling.TheGuraGuraMan wrote:Btw, wouldn't mind getting some opinion about my art from time to time, been ages since I got one
I'll try and give you my two cents. I like your style. it's very.....French, it that makes sense. I really don't know how to put it. AGHHHHH! I'm no good at this stuff.
Oh that's a good starting point for me. I've always been a fan of strong colours and you are (to me) doing a good job with the markers (I wish I could get my hands on some myself). I think that because your work is stylised, that makes it a little difficult for some others to comment and criticise. I do see some people sticking with what they know. Not me though; I don't know jack!TheGuraGuraMan wrote:Gotta say, first time I'm this satisfied with the face I'm also getting better at coloring with markers, must be helping too.
I understand what you are saying about the face. While there has been nothing wrong with what you have done before. I can see why you are happy with this one. I just hope that you don't get upset when you do more work and you can't replicate what you have done. I know I have. When I did the requests for you, not only did I do it off the bat, but, I have never been able to do it again.
I think I'll just leave it there for now.
Hope to see more of your work.

Well, that WILL happen, Would love to say the opposite but that's not the case. It just means that I still a lot more work to be able to maintain this level first. Firts, I think I'll try to redraw her in a different perspective and keep the proportions. I'll need to be able to do that one day anyway
Anyway, thanks for the comment, I appreciate that.
Also, felt like making the draw it again meme to compare the portrait with the first drawing of my OC :

I wanna get skullgirls just for the art alone.
I am quite impressed with you use of the markers.

Re: TheGuraGuraMan's art thread
Hellooo~ Had my exams so couldn't really draw.
Here is a new drawing, this time, went only with a 0.05 marker : Quite satisfied by how it turned out, I'll color it digitally this time.
