These are photo manipulations of royalty-free stock images. I had a lot of fun doing them, but I don't have a project that's suited to the style myself, so I figured I'd offer my services. Note that my ability to do any particular background will depend on my ability to get stock image(s) that work for it... but there's a lot out there. I have an account at http://www.cgtextures.com and http://www.123rf.com, if you'd like to find your own stock; otherwise I'll try to find something based on your description.
$10 per background, plus stock cost (if any, CG Textures is free.)

Added one! As a point of reference, the source image is here. Turbosquid is another good place to look for source material. Note that the $10 rate only applies to images -- I could put together a custom scene with 3D assets and render it, but it would have to cost more.
