Yes, I use the hue/saturation filter. I was referring more towards choosing colors that look good with one another. I've been bad at doing it in an organised fashion. I tend to just eyeball the colors as I go through the hue/saturation slider...

Yeah, I thought I misinterpreted it. Adobe has a colour scheme online tool - used to be called Kuler, but they changed names now, I think. There's loads of themes by other people, but what's neat is that you can upload a picture and the tool will pick colours from the picture to made a pleasant colour scheme.
Otherwise, search up colour theory and design theory. Less colours is more effective a lot of the the time, so repeat certain colours. I have issues with this too, so I can't advise as well. Good luck!
