I'm currently listening to Muse... There's one particular album (Origin of Symmetry) that really fits the mood of one of the paths of the game I'm working.

I've been listening to more Sun Kil Moon recently.

Their last album Benji is the perfect soundtrack to writing comedy.

It's an album full of true stories about bad things happening to people who generally don't deserve bad things to happen to them.

Lots of freak accidents with aerosol cans.

It actually might be the saddest album ever.

In other words, it's the perfect thing to motivate you that the world needs more comedy!

Anything goes, really. Although recently I've been listening to the OSTs from the visual novels of Key. They're really amazing.

It tends to vary. Recently it has been the soundtracks from Child of Light and Scribblenauts.

usually just silence, but recently I often work with Cowboy Bebop OST (mostly coz its 6 hrs so I don't have to change tracklists

I often listen to "Marina and The Diamond's" when I am depressed, but DJ Earworms "2014 Mashup- Do what you Wanna Do" otherwise.

I listen to a random assortment of music, usually movie and video game soundtracks or Disney songs.
And sometimes I listen to audiobooks while I write.
Then other times I listen to Fluffy's comedy specials on youtube.

I did that last night, but ended up on a purely Yoko Kanno playlist.

Don't Bother None tends to get played on repeat even though I usually can't write with songs with English lyrics. It really fits the mood of a short thing I'm working on write now.

Usually when I'm working on sprites or writing I'm listening to indie music. Lately I've been listening to a lot of Little Comets and Local Natives, which isn't surprising since they're two of my favorite bands.
I also listen to spotify radio, so I can get a tiny bit of variety in the indie music I listen to.

I don't know about you guys, but listening to anything with people either singing or talking is really bad for me, when I'm writing or coding. My brain can't work with that, I can't write with people talking around me, either. So I like listening to video game soundtracks while doing so. Specially Final Fantasy OST!
