Marry Me, Misato!

#1 Post by mikey »

Hi everyone.

I have thought about how to do a different kind of shrine for my favorite anime character and well... I got the idea yesterday and managed to put together this as I call it "playable" shrine in 2 days (so don't expect too much). I hope Misato fans will have fun with it, I tried to make it worth the 3.4 megs. :?

Enjoy.

Why have you split it 4 parts? I mean even on dialup my connection could manage 3.4MB without the connection dying or anything...

On broadband it mans that I'm gonna have to press the 8 lots of buttons, when it could have just been 2 if it had been one file or 4 for two files.

...EFFORT!!!

(Of course instead of writing this daft post I could have downloaded it by now...)

Edit: Heheh, it's pretty funny, and certainly original. Choice A all the way baby!

I really loved that game. Unlike your previous games, this one is filled with good humour. What can I say more. All plans that could finally lead to marrying Misato failed ;).

Really funny, well done! Do I notice a slight bit of self-irony there? ^_-

Heh heh heh. I dunno...It's great...But at the same time, I keep asking myself : "Didn't Misato die in the story?" I dunno, I'm just remember a music video I watched.
It's been a while, folks!

The short answer is yes.

The long answer is yes, probably, insofar as anyone has any idea what the heck happened in episodes 25, 26, 25' or 26' (the primes are the movie versions).

I also believe that she's still alive in the Sadamoto manga, as well as the Neon Genesis Evangelion: Girlfriend of Steel 2 ("Love Eva") manga.

Well, technically she's not alive at all, since she is a cartoon character. But hey, in this thread, why should that be an issue at all?

BTW, I enjoyed the game. But it did leave out my favorite plan, namely:

1. Build a submarine aircraft carrier (for bonus points named the Tuatha de Dannan), loaded with F-35Bs.

1a. Use it to level the UN. (Sorry, just had to get that out of my system.)

2. Park it in the middle of Tokyo bay.

3. Occasionally go out on joy-rides in said F-35Bs.

4. Make demands that anime be created and delivered fansubbed to you. Or else!

Update: Added Lemma-Requested spoiler space, and gratutious jab at the UN.

Regarding PyToms NGE comment, a truer word has never been spoken

I'm glad you all liked it! I thought this kind of a cheap non-game would be less welcome, especially since at the very same time I was doing it we talked about including non-original characters into your games. :P
