need of good programmer,sprite artists,animator & music

Im making a visual novel that i do plan on selling
and i need sprite artists who can fit some of these requirements
are okay with making girls like https://vndb.org/c21885 and https://vndb.org/c21908 dont have to since there are other characters though
i like their art style

the game is a comedy game with about a dozen or so people to choose to romance the game revolves around a young high schooler who meets various people which depending on your choices and people you meet determines what horrible things occurs to the poor boy and eventually lead him to some weird form of happiness in the Visual novel Love is Junk

Sprite artists:A ton of sprite artists who can make very animated sprites and bullet hell attacks and isn't afraid to get Suggestive and if possible but not necessary can wait till after a demo is made

Animator: can do nice smooth animations

music(at least one)
rock
jazz
piano
techno
classic
action
energetic
slow
spooky

payment may be harder for me untill a kickstarter is made but these are required to make a working demo
BUT if you do require payment I can pay for the first few

programmers: need to be able to program questions like the style in huniepop as well as program bullet hell styles

Animators: well I need a few animations that are short
and if possible can animate a 6 minute music video but that would be after the kickstarter
