Recruiting Rules: (1) Only recruit if you have an actual, clearly defined project you're recruiting for. Don't recruit if you're an organization that may have a project at some time in the future. (2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. (4) Always open recruitment threads in the correct subforum - Free, Commercial or Paid Work.
Hey there!
We are currently looking for one or two Assistant Artists for Caramel Mokaccino, to help with the demo we'll be making during he span of NaNoReno 2016 (technically it'd be IntRenAiMo! ).
Caramel Mokaccino is (will be) a friendship/GxB/GxG slice of life story with no adult content, and it will be a commercial project. We plan to launch a Kickstarter sometime later this year to fund the complete game; should we fail to raise funds, we still plan to make the game, but at a much slower pace during our spare time and saving up for the commissioned work we need.
All positions will be compensated via Paypal after the demo is done with the agreed upon rates. If the rates are out of our budget to pay right after the demo is done, we hope to be able to reach a payment plan. And no, we won't pull the "we'll compensate you when/if the Kickstarter works!".
~❀~❀~❀~❀~❀~
UPDATE: Everybody recruited, thank you so much <3
(...)
People hired for the demo will be able to choose to continue working on the project later on if so they desire and we'll ask for their rates to include in the KS goal calculations.
Thank you! ❤

Completed: Artist for "Maid With Perfection", Artist for "Love and Romance: a study of intimacy", art for "Sleepier & Sleepier", Backgrounds for "Panzer Hearts", Sketch backgrounds for "Caramel Mokaccino DEMO
I'm very interested for the Flat Colorist job!
I could also try the Background Sketch position, but I'm mostly interested in the former, haha.
I've never really made rates for this type of work, but I'm sure we could set something!
I do have my commission rates for other types of work, though. Maybe that could give you guys an idea of my prices.
I'd be interested in the Environmental Artist position, I work in 3D using 3D Studio Max and am also very experienced with the Adobe Suite and Paint Tool Sai. So I would probably model backgrounds for accuracy.
I've never set rates for this kind of thing but it could easily be discussed in private.
I have work examples here, more I can show in private due to being for personal projects (bear in mind some bad old stuff on this deviantart)
UPDATE: The programmer we were talking to just got a new job and won't be able to work with us :'D
So we need one now!
Check the requirements and hit me with a PM to discuss rates and stuff if you're interested ^^
