How to play movies at Mobiles?[SOLVED]

Okay. So when I ported an early-beta of my game to android(It has an Opening Video.) And played it, it didn't worked.
I kept clicking at it put it said that the app has stopped.
Help me guys! :(
And I was assuming that the video ruined it. Any ideas how to fix it? :)
EDIT:
So i_jemin helped me in the making of my project. So it was solved. I only need to convert the OGV to MP4. Problem solved!

use renpy.movie_cutscene method.

renpy mobile only support fullscreen movie.

$renpy.movie_cutscene("intro/opening.mp4")

and, check did you use proper type of file. I recommend mp4 on mobile.

Well it's fullscreen but it's ogv. Does that work or not?

ogv is not natively supported on android

config.hw_video = True mean your device gonna render video with hardware and it's fast and stable.
and Android hardware don't support ogv, still I don't know renpy mobile can play ogv as software method.
