Could someone confirm that the game's icon is correct (and not the Ren'Py default)?
All other feedback, bug reports, etc. appreciated!
Glad you liked it, Dark Sentinel! It sounds like you chose the ending whereDark Sentinel wrote:What. The. Hell.
In good sense, actually. Destroying capitalism is something absolutely invaluable, absolutely enjoyed it.
That's awesome! I was hoping there'd be some people who'd enjoy it enough to find all the endings.kitsubasa wrote:I just played through all the endings. Mon dieu. Immediately, this is one of my favourite VNs.
Beretta Mondatta is kind of a spiritual prequel to Banality Man -- very similar style and tone but lower production values. Although it does have a more choices and a more in-depth story. Hope you enjoy it!kitsubasa wrote:Anyway, I think I'll take a look at Beretta Mondatta now -- if it's anything like this, I'm sure I'll love it as well.

This is awesome, YossarianIII!
The visual and sound effects are nice and swishy, they keep things upbeat I think.
If you needed help with that, which you don't, because the music is so cool!
The minimal animated sequences are prefect.
The writing is fun and snappy. Favourite quotes: "Instead of banging fist against face, let's bang heart against heart" and "Maybe I'm so good at lying I actually changed what the truth was."
Plus, the ending sequences are really rewarding! And yay, "Ker-Plow" made the cut.
Also, I like that you have a counter to help/motivate the player try to get all the endings.
I really liked it all. Great work!
No problem! It was a good word -- kind of unusual, but still recognizable as an onomatopoeia.ebi-hime wrote:I was happy to see the 'pomf' in there too, haha XD; Thank you for including it! u///u
Yeah, I can see that. And darn if that intro song doesn't get stuck in your head!YossarianIII wrote:My grandparents had a bunch of old cartoon VHS tapes like Looney Toons, Scooby Doo, and 60s Spiderman that I used to love, and those are a big influence on the sound and style here.
I've been talking to a programmer for a few days, we'll see how things go. As far as I'm concerned I finished what I set out to do on time. :PYossarianIII wrote:I was sorry to see in the Put A Sock In It WIP thread that you were having troubles with programming, but I hope you can work something out soon!
I figure I must've heard that song at least 150 times during the creation/testing of this game, and here is the process it went through:LeonDaydreamer wrote:Yeah, I can see that. And darn if that intro song doesn't get stuck in your head!
