Looking for a good/new programmer (paid)

#1 Post by SM_Team »

Hi.

We are looking for a good, a really good programmer for our game Sissy Maker.

Description:

Sissy Maker is an adult point-and-click adventure game. It's a mix of erotic interactive novel and dating sim. You play as, James, a young landlord and his only tenant, Chris. Your objective of the game is to help Chris achieve his dream of becoming a full-fledged transsexual woman (and settle a sizable rental debt at the same time).

We have a incomplete beta version made on Ren Py where the programmer will see what we want. Artwork, story, texts, etc are almost complete, 90% or more, UML model is done. We just need a programmer to join the team asap.

Programmer can start to code from the scratch or continue the incomplete beta version made on Ren Py as well or do what is more confortable to him/her.

It's not just a visual novel with a dialogue tree, the game has an "engine" that needs a person who knows to code. It's not a complex engine, but needs to have a significant coding knokledge to avoid problems and get stuck.

Here is a example of what we want:

[ Elided links. Since you know, if the creator really doesn't want you to share something, you're to respect them. - PyTom. ]

It's a paid job and if you make it works, it will be for a long time for you.

Payments will be discussed after we evaluate all candidates.

Teamworks will know each other but will be anonymous for the rest of the world if you think the game theme is a problem for you. :)

Just contact us if you're a good programmer, enjoy to work in group and most important, be accessible !!

If you fit within our guidelines and want to get more info PM or just ask.

Thanks.

Hey,

your recruitment post is very barebones - it hardly mentions any details on the project itself. That means it doesn't fulfill our requirements for recruitment, especially regarding

- the plot of the game, or at least a short overview
- the scope / length of the work that is to be done and
- how much work on the project has already been completed.

Also, don't try to redirect communication to non-public channels. We are a public forum, we encourage public discussion.

Please add the missing information.
Scriptwriter and producer of Metropolitan Blues
Creator of The Loyal Kinsman
Scriptwriter and director of Daemonophilia
Scriptwriter and director of The Dreaming
Scriptwriter of Zenith Chronicles
Scriptwriter and director of The Thirteenth Year
Scriptwriter and director of Romance is Dead
Scriptwriter and producer of Adrift

Why would you want to keep the language being used a secret?
Potential applicants can't know if they are qualified if they don't know which language is required of them.
