Since that's just the forums, and Visual Wordplay is registered overseas there would be no problem with putting up games from Russian developers.

they ask contract is public for everyone to see and they want to see if company number is register with country

1. Make sure you know the name of your contractor. Do NOT make a deal with someone who says 'I can't give out details because of personal reasons'. If you do contract with them and a falling out occurs you would be in big trouble.

2.Make sure you know the exact country and/or state your contractor is in. this is pretty obvious.

Godline isn't forcing you to do business with Visual Wordplay. And you haven't asked for any of that information nor to have a game published with Visual Wordplay yet, so there's no reason for Godline to freely give it out.

Hey Godline, I don't mean to pour cold water - But with regards to the sharing of accounts after being Greenlit, it sounds like a potential security disaster waiting to happen. I hope you got countermeasures for this. There are other methods of going about this.

So.... Do the games have to be a certain way? For example, how long should these steam VNs be? Should they all be visual novels or could they be kinetic novels?

no believe you know answers to questions or Russia's rules. dodged answers is no ok, plus my government might banned google play, gmail, youtube, facebook and skype. you will not find me because you use this not other things.
