Pre-Build Dating Sim Frame/Games

Is there anywhere to download or possibly buy a pre-built dating sim game?

One that offers the following:

1) Imagemap based character movement from scene to scene
2) Day/Time system
3) Points/Affection system

If so can someone point me in the right direction? I've been seeing a few games recently that all seem to have the same base framework but i can't find what it is.

I don't think it was the DSE they was using, all the games have like images in the bottom left of places you can travel to, big clock/time in the middle top & an hour glass in the bottom right to skip time.

I know that all the games I've seen are done by different developers and I can't imagine that if someone came up with a game like that he'd just share it for free with other people, which leads me to it must be or have been for sale at some point.

Well, were those games you're talking about made with Ren'Py or not? Because if not then sorry, but you aren't asking in the right place.
Try asking in this forum section: viewforum.php?f=4 and, if possible, show some images there to help people understand what you want.

I assumed they were ren'py as i could have sworn I saw the ren'py directory in the game file, but turns out I was wrong, wasn't even a renpy game
