=0 Art dump. Some of which are potential characters for my first VN game (Just random draft drawings...)....@__@''' I've never drawn action poses before, so I'm pretty sure the first girl's hips are far to low...But yeah...Any critique would be loved. =D







Everyone here is really talented...So I'd love some feedback. =D (Some of these are rather old though...)

Ahahahaha...beautiful piece of work there, Sapphire Dragon. I laughed out loud and my roommate was wondering what was up. I decided it would be too hard to explain.

Cy, that monster looks really good. I think it would be cool to have a completely black screen and then see red glowing eyes first before the monster appears.

Hatomi, you've got some nice work. I especially like all the bright colors you used, and all your characters look really interesting. The first girl looks good, and I like her dynamic pose. But I think the way you positioned her legs makes it look like she has a very long stomach. I'm not too good at this sort of thing, though. A lot of others here will be able to offer you some better advice, though. XD

Commenting on Hatomikazuki, sorry I missed it when I was posting last time.

First:
Not too bad there, is she killnig the gingerbread man!? as you stated the body is too long. I think the problem is that you were trying to show the whole character but with a pose like that the head should be further down and the skirt will cover most of her. Other than that I think a bit more curve in her legs will go a long way to show a little more muscle build.

second:
I like this one the most. Good use of colour and the pixel shading looks nice, you might do well to try some smaller res pixel art like you would see in ds games or rpg maker.

third:
To be honest the colours just dont work for me and clash a bit but I like the design. you mind posting the b +w version of it?

Waaah...dying girls...dying girls...

Hatomikazuki- I like the drawings themselves (the third being my favorite), but the coloring style has me somewhat disinterested for the most part. I don't know what it is about me and being so picky with coloring XD

Cybeat- Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawr! For some reason that reminds of a monster-fied Hakuoro from Utawarerumono. It looks nice though, just another scary creature I would scream like a little girl seeing...

Sapphire- Revenge for the loleh's! I find it interesting that every one of those weapons is of a more exotic nature, rather than basic.

Much cleaner than the last one, with a nice selection for a limited colour pallete.
The hand is quite a bit too small though, and I noticed you left a few edges unifinshed again, perhaps you are gatting a bit too impatient when colouring.

The stars at the bottom would look nicer I would think being in the milder tone but same colour as the stars around the top rather than leaving blank and alnthough subtle I think the space from her arms to her head is a bit stretched, its hard to imagine the character body underneath.

For the face I cant really say anything bad about it, I think it looks great, especially the eye.

The cloud at the bottom seems like almost finished to me, seems to be missing something. perhaps a slight shaded tone towards the bottom or a little thicker linework maybe?

what might also look nice is a bit of creasing on the cloth around her right arm where it bends.

Nice work again, looking forward to more.
