As usual, your art is nice.

Do you want to make your story a drama or spice it with action (my favorite) or supernatural (like Key's VNs)?

How about if the MC thinks she has an amnesia and trying to recover her memory while the truth is the MC that has the amnesia (hence the MC doesn't recognize her).

The girl is the boy's ex-GF and the MC has done something terrible to her like having an sexual intercourse with her and dump her (actually he lost her memory due to a mysterious incident the following day and the girl didn't know).

So the boy must discover the truth while trying to get the girl's heart back ^_^

Things get worse since the girl has indirect connection to the incident (like the boy is actually kidnapped for an experiment and the girl is from the rival faction, so in the end, the boy must chose to fight the girl, join the girl, fight them all, etc... )

So, she's not usually in class, but you run into her around the school, and she always seems to be busy?

Possibility 1 - "Isolation Student"

For some reason, this girl is not supposed to be taught in the same room as the ordinary students. Perhaps she has done something terribly scandalous (pregnancy! stealing!) and is now considered a bad influence. Perhaps she has special educational needs (she could be hearing-impaired) and is usually taught in special private sessions. Perhaps she has HIV and the school administrators are scared of letting her mingle with the other students. In any case, you have someone who is a student and is trying to get the same education you are but isn't supposed to be hanging around with you.

Possibility 2 - "Undercover Student"

She's not a student at all, she's a young-looking undercover police officer (21 Jump Street! I *loved* that show.) investigating a crime. The most obvious possibility is that she's looking for a drug dealer or a gang of petty thieves. She ignores the player character at first because you don't seem like the type to be involved in the crime.

Possibility 3 - "Honor Student"

She's busy. Really really busy. She's involved in some huge important project and it's taking up all of her time, and because it's prestigious for the school, she's sometimes even allowed to cut class to go and work on it. In my own school I was editor of the literary magazine senior year, and could get away with missing certain amounts of class because I had work to do. Yearbooks would have the same deal. Or it could be a fancy science project, or something else she's doing to impress the admissions department of a university...

Possibility 4 - "Paranoid Student"

Because of some incident in the past (a teacher found out about something and is blackmailing a friend of hers) this girl believes that the school has secret surveillance systems wired up in it. She's searching for hidden cameras and microphones. But because she thinks she's being watched, she doesn't want to make it obvious what she's doing. She hopes to be able to get the school in legal trouble if she can find enough evidence.

The MC always bump into her time to time when least expected? Then actually, the girl is stalking the boy (the girl is a stalker that want to rape the boy, kidding) ^_^

May be she likes him, may be she want to kill him (but hesitates to do so), or may be she just curious about him since she can't get him out of her mind?

She has so much pride (or extremely shy) that she can't get close to the MC more than 5 meters.

Well, if you have solidified your idea, great, if not here's an idea related to the one you mentioned (the sister dying/disappearing): her sister (or some other close relative) is a teacher at the school, and the girl is trying to investigate a nasty rumor that is going around about her sister. And because she is so preoccupied with tracking down the source of the rumors, she is not only slightly distrustful but assumes that everyone else is equally aware of the rumors and will look down on her because of them.

She is not student at that school. She only wears the same uniform to infiltrate the school since she wants to uncover the disappearance (everybody thinks she runs away from home because of the bullying) or mysterious death (but no body know that fact yet except for the murder so this girl's life is in danger) of her sister. She really resembles her sister (actually you could make her as twin sister, big sister, cousin, or even mother) so the MC (and everybody else) mistakes her for her sister. The real girl (the one that missing/dead) is a loner, anti-socialist, has serious attendance problem, and else that makes the girl infiltration successful.

It's not strange that she always bump into MC since she always wandering around the school (and the MC also wanders around the school since we as the player told him so ^_^ ). She doesn't know where is where since this is not her school. She didn't attend the class since she can't (she's lost and busy).

She acts annoyed when the MC talks to her since she doesn't want her cover blown up. She never talks to anybody and annoyed by everyone (not only the MC) because of that reason.

F**K THE MC... lets get to the main story...

MC, being bullied regularly always takes his lunch on the rooftop of the tallest building in the School... as always, he's alone... most of the time anyway...

Until one day, there was this... beautiful Girl appeared out of nowhere asked if she could join you...

Here are your choices...

Fast forward Six Months later... the same day to day pattern still haven't changed eating lunch side-by-side without saying a word (Shesh!... what a loser!) but this time the MC finally accumulated enough balls to ask a question, let alone speak to her...

You will go into hiding and be chased by loan sharks and become an-hero.

Money below $1000 but reputation good
You will become the spokesperson for "Kilusang Mayo Uno"

Money above $1000 but below $1,000,000 and reputation poor
You will become a corrupt politician with his very own private army... YEAH!

Money above $1000 but below $1,000,000 but reputation good
You'll become a politician, elected as a senator, then enter "showbiz" to gain fame then run for president only to be ousted by some "Bitch" two years later and spend some time in jail only to be pardoned a few years later.
