Constricting time

#1 Post by Banya »

Hello! I fear I might make a dumb question but I swear I searched in the wikia and the other questions before ;__;
I'd like to make a cutscene last a precise amount of time and force the reader not to skip it, because I'd like it to stay in tempo with the music. Is is possible?
Or else, can I insert a webm and force the reader not to skip it?
(It's the credits scene)

I know only the code to force the reader pausing on a sentence, but not the one to stop a CG ;__;

There are many different ways to make it so the user can't interact with the game...though it is considered a bit rude and many players don't like it. It may cause them to not replay your game.

But anyway, the easiest way to do it would be with a hard pause.

A Close Shave:
*Last Thing Done (Aug 17): Finished coding emotions and camera for 4/10 main labels.
*Currently Doing: Coding of emotions and camera for the labels--On 5/10
*First Next thing to do: Code in all CG and special animation stuff
*Next Next thing to do: Set up film animation
*Other Thing to Do: Do SFX and Score (maybe think about eye blinks?)
