No part of the assets I provide is allowed to be reused for Non-Fungible Tokens in any way shape or form.
Please note that the final price could increase due to the complexity of the project. Though, you may still negotiate with me on them.
Discounts will not be accommodated once the quote is approved and the down payment is given.
Let me know if you need the commission at a certain time, especially for Kickstarter Assets and GUIs so I would be able to adjust my schedule.
A rush fee will cost 30% of the final price for tight deadlines.
Refunds will only be given if I feel that I could not accomplish it. If I’ve begun drafting, only a partial amount will be refunded.
I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission or a revision I am uncomfortable with for any reason such as the game containing offensive material.
I have the right to post the commissions as part of my portfolio immediately after the commission has been fulfilled. This also includes future publications.
Orders above 600 USD can give the 50% down payment while those that are 600 USD or lower will have to pay it in full. I won’t start on the commission until I have received the payment through the invoice I send. I also won’t give the assets until the full payment has been given.
The intended use of the commission and preferred resolution must be stated beforehand. Any changes made later will be charged the commercial/privacy fee, and revision fee respectively.
Design & Coding Commissions
The client must provide character illustration assets to which they have proper rights of usage over. Customized character illustrations by me will be ordered and priced separately.
I will only allow minor revisions in the coding phase of the GUI so please be sure to give proper visual references so I could achieve your intended output as efficiently as possible. This doesn’t apply to adding animation effects to an existing GUI not created by me.
Rough drafts can accomodate at maximum one major revision. The following count as major changes:
APPLICABLE TO GUI DESIGNS
• Overhaul of the screen aesthetic or base layout after approval.
• Resolution Resize (if it’s different what has been specified in the form)
• An additional element that may be an independent screen
• When the GUI screen is fully established.
• An additional feature that isn’t specified in the agreed quote
• Fees are calculated by each screen affected by the revision.
APPLICABLE TO GUI PROGRAMMING
• When an established function (i.e. Right Choice Indicator, Font Variation, etc.) is asked to be removed.
• Resolution Resize
APPLICABLE TO LOGO DESIGNS & KICKSTARTER ASSETS
• Overhaul of the aesthetic.
• When the logo is fully established and approved.
Raw font files of the approved fonts will not be provided. Their corresponding download page will be linked instead.
All images, PSDs, and codes provided by me are for the sole use of the project indicated in the form and can only be reused for promotional graphics featuring the project. Redistribution of these resources or reuse of these assets outside of the project is strictly prohibited.
The PSDs that will be given be organized PSDs and non-editable flat exportable flat files. In case you want the layer effects as separate layers and be editable, you will be charged a flattening fee.

Jan 30, 2018: Heyo! I've updated my services and prices. I won't be able to make character illustrations at the moment since I've lost the stylus to my pen tablet so I'll be opening commissions for the GUI and promotional graphics!
Dec 30, 2018: I'm wayyyyyy past the 2-month mark but I've finally updated this thread! Here are some commissions from the past several months! I'm currently considering opening programming/encoding commissions for sprites and scripts so watch out for that~
October 11, 2019: I've updated my prices for logos and Kickstarter assets. Logo and Programming commissions will be immediately accepted while new UI commissions will be waitlisted.
