About a year ago, I assembled a team of freelancers and remote workers from all over the world with the goal of making that Ren'Py game I've always wanted to create.
We released our first piece of content about 6 months ago and people seem to be onboard so far.
You can see some example of what our game is like in these gifs:

We've released a major update for our game a bit over a month ago and now I think it is perfect timing to expand the team.
We already have about 8 team members, including one writer, a few artists, and a few programmers.
Right now, we need the most help in two areas:
Writing. We only have one writer currently and we urgently want to add another one. We need a writer to help us write the story, write quests, write dialogue, lewd scenes, funny one-liners, etc
Marketing. We need someone to take the game and help spread it. Make posts on and manage our accounts for Discord, Reddit, Youtube, Twitter, Insta, Tik-Tok, etc, etc. Create content out of the game like gifs, videos, and images and then post them all over the place in a way that would make people excited to try out our game. Get our SEO up.
Our main "homepage" is our patreon page and there you can see images of the game and get more of an understanding of our project.

For anyone interested, I think the best first step would be to check out our game and get a feel for what we are like and what kind of things we are making. Send me a message and I'll send you the latest version of the game. Then you could tell me if you were interested.
If this stuff is up your ally, the best way to get in contact with me is through my Discord:

If you don't have Discord, you can email me, but I reply a lot quicker on Discord: timewizardstudios@gmail.com
Looking for teammates for our growing studio (Writers / Marketers)
