Trying to install the Encyclopaedia plugin

Howdy everybody. I'm trying to install the Encyclopaedia plugin (from here) and I just can't figure it out.
  • From the documentation page, I've added the two .rpy pages to the directory as instructed.
  • Then I added the Local Encyclopedia entry right at the start of the script page as instructed.
  • Finally I added the sample entry immediately after.
And then the installation page ends. Dude, what now? I feel like this must be pretty obvious to everyone else, as I haven't seen anyone else in here struggling with this plugin. But I'm not a programmer, this is all a foreign language to me. How do I actually use the encyclopedia?
