Some antivirus software is known to flag false positives.

It can be safely ignored.
Though, I would at least google the name of the virus it has flagged.
Just to be sure, I'd follow this advice.

Thanks for advice... I tried to run a full scan many times with different antiviruses but virus alert only appear when I create a game and try to run exe file... I think it is false possitive too because there is no reason to put virus in my game (I even do not know how to do it through renpy)... but still this problem is still here and I really dont know why....

You said " . . . virus alert only appear when I create a game and try to run exe file . . ."

Most anti-virus programs allow you to create an 'exception folder' where you can save files WITHOUT the antivirus program automatically running. Some antib=virus programs use the term 'excluded path'. The documentation for your antivirus program should tell you how to do create an exception folder. .
I suggest you change the settings on your antivirus program to create an 'exception folder, and create your EXE file inside that folder.
